Carbonization Furnace is an stove used to change biomass briqutte into charcoal briquette. We can provide the technology for establishing a charcoal kiln. The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly.

Working Principle:

The carbonization furnace adopts the high-temperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the man-made briquette to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperploid high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process,and increasing the enterprise revenue.

Characteristics of Carbonization Furnace:

1. This furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes into charcoal briquette. The wood briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace. 2. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption. 3. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period. 4. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar. 5. Carbonization time is 24hours. 6. The furnace use 6mm steel plate.
